Halting the drain on finances

A soap manufacturer in Leicestershire was being charged for surface water that came off the roof of their building went into a brook, which the water supplier said connected to their water system. After extensive investigation Auditel proved that the brook actually joined another waterway. Auditel delivered a rebate of £32,000 and savings of £6,000 per year against original expenditure.
