Andrew Norman

Andrew Norman enjoyed a successful career with BT spanning more than 30 years. He was responsible for several major product developments and launches including the highly successful FeatureLine service (Centrex for SME's). In the late 1990's with the acceleration of liberalisation he took up the role of General Manager for Regulatory Programmes. Building a strong team he delivered many change programmes including Number Portability, Carrier Pre-Selection and the UK Code and Number Change. With a keen interest in customer needs he moved to BT Wholesale at its inception and latterly held responsibility for the BT Wholesale Network Applications and Services Division. Focusing on the service delivered to customers he managed major improvements to BT's Televoting infrastructure, the introduction and growth of the IP Network Based Call Centre services and the infrastructure refresh and upgrades to support BT's Broadband Max services.
Lowering the
cost of doing business
There's no getting away from it: businesses are expensive to run. And for organisations throughout the UK, they are often more expensive than they should be.
